Victoria "Vicki" Marie Flemmens
Victoria Marie Flemmens, 76, of Hanover, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2026, at home while under the care of Hospice. She was born July 5, 1949, to the late Samuel Scortino and Mary Tutino. She was raised in York with two sisters (Rose and Mary Jo) and two brothers (Nick and George). Vicki is survived by her husband Lamar Flemmens, children Mark Moore (Corrina) of Sierra Vista Arizona, Jason Allen (Carrie) of Hanover, PA, Terry Flemmens (Becca) or Redmond, Oregon, Tanya Devereaux (Phil) of Winter Garden, FL, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren, brothers Nick and George Scortino, and her sister Rose Wilhelm. Vicki was preceded in death by her younger sister Mary Jo Sipe.
On July 5th of 1949 this world welcomed Victoria "Vicki" Marie Scortino with open arms. God delivered her to us with a caring and giving heart and a drive to brighten the world around her. She was born a strong spirited Italian which she was happy to let you know. She loved to cook and loved to eat even more. Vicki spent her life caring for others for over 40 years as an LPN. She raised two boys and cared for her mother in her later years. Vicki married the love of her life, Lamar, in 1994, and together they enjoyed motorcycle rides, taking trips, going to tea parties and playing games with friends, and on the weekends a car ride in the country. Vicky loved both reading and cooking until her body failed her. She especially enjoyed any time with her family. She lost her words and her voice, but her smile and infectious laughter lasted until the end, both of which will forever be embedded in our memories.
