Teresa J. (McVicker) Scherr-Armentrout, 69, of Dover, died Friday February 17, 2017 at Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late John Armentrout. Funeral Services are at the convenience of the Family. Surviving is a son William J. Scherr, three grandchildren, a sister Bonnie Brown and a brother Richard McVicker.
