Ruth V. Rill York Ruth V. (Bailey) Rill, 95 formerly of Glen Rock, died Thursday February 18, 2016 at Pleasant Acres, York. She was the wife of the late Francis C. “Frank” Rill. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday February 22, 2016 at the Geiple Funeral Home, Inc. 53 Main Street, Glen Rock with Rev. Katie R. Brantner officiating. A viewing will be held 10:00 to 11:00 AM Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Rill was born on November 19, 1920 in Lineboro, MD, the daughter of the late Henry F. and Amelia M. (Frank) Bailey. She was a seamstress at the former Savada Bros. Sewing Company, Glen Rock and had been a machine operator at AMP, Inc, Glen Rock. She leaves two sons, Larry L. Bailey, Sr. of Glen Rock and Randall K. Rill and his wife Doris J. of New freedom; seven grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by thirteen brothers and sisters. Condolences may be shared at geiple.com.
