Richard Highlander

On Friday, November 7, 2025, Richard D. Highlander, 73, of Baltimore, MD, passed away. He was born on June 6, 1952 in Baltimore, MD, to Sally (Gillespie) Highlander and the late Roy Lee Highlander.

Richard worked for Courthouse Square Apartments located in Towson as a maintenance man for over 30 years before he retired. He enjoyed golfing at Clifton Park in Baltimore; singing and playing the guitar; working out and staying in shape; and living at his beach house in Florida.

He is survived by his daughter, Mary Margaret Highlander; siblings, TJ Highlander and wife Sandi, Bobby Highlander and wife Connie, and Kim Highlander; and six nieces and nephews, TJ, Jeremy, Nick, Erin, Alexis and Katie.
