Myrtle A. Warehime Hanover, PA Myrtle A. Warehime, 96, of Homewood Home at Plum Creek, Hanover, who was formerly of Lineboro, died Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at the home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, August 5, 2013 at Lazarus United Church of Christ, 5101 S. Church Street, Lineboro, MD with Pastor Sam Chamelin, officiating. Burial will be in Lineboro Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 9:00 to 10:00 AM Monday at the church. Miss Warehime was born on November 21, 1916 in Lineboro, a daughter of the late Denton M. and Mary C. “Kate” (Monath) Warehime. She graduated from Manchester High School in 1933 and had been employed as a seamstress at several local sewing companies, including Glen Rock, Lineboro and others.. She was a member of Lazarus U.C.C. Church and of the Sunday School and Bible Study of the church. She also enjoyed Tatting and Crocheting as a hobby for many years. She leaves nieces and nephews and was the last of her family having been predeceased by a brother Gordon Warehime and three sisters, Ethel Snyder, Agatha Kaltrider and Mildred Miller. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lazarus United Church of Christ, 5101 South Church Street, Lineboro, MD, 21102-3132 or to the Lineboro Fire Company, Box 240, 4224 Main Street, Lineboro, MD, 21102.
