Lois A. Holmberg

Lois A. (Willett) Holmberg, 82, of Red Lion, PA, formerly of Bladensburg, MD, died Saturday November 24, 2018 at the York Hospital, York PA. Born in Jamestown, NY on June 15, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Leslie Willett and Dorothy N. Jungquist and was raised by her grandparents, the late Carl E. and Elizabeth Jungquist. She was employed as the Lead Cashier with the University of Maryland in College Park, MD for many years. Lois leaves two children, Eric R. Holmberg (E. Ashley) of Glen Rock, PA and Karen Leeanne Holmberg of Kansas and a grandson, Vaughn Lucas. All services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Geiple Funeral Home, Inc., 53 Main Street, Glen Rock, PA 17327 is assisting the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 113 E. 2nd Street, Jamestown, NY 14701.
