Jeffrey C. Kowalski

Jeffrey C. Kowalski, 58, of Parkton, MD, died December 23, 2019 at his home. He was born in Washington PA and was a son of the late Joan A. (Carter) and Frank Kowalski, Jr. Jeffrey was a resident with the Penn-Mar Organization for many years and is survived by two brothers, Joseph S. Kowalski and John D. Kowalski and his Penn-Mar family and caregivers. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 12:00 noon, Saturday March 14, 2020 at Penn-Mar Human Services, 310 Old Freeland Road, Freeland, MD. 21053. There will be no viewing and burial will be in Prosperity Cemetery, Prosperity, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Penn-Mar Human Services, 310 Old Freeland Road, Freeland, MD. 21053.
