Janet D. Overmiller

Janet D. Overmiller, 91, of Red Lion passed away peacefully on May 24, 2023. She was the daughter of the late John H. and Mabel E. (Snyder) List; wife of the late M. Donald Overmiller; mother of Sylvia J. Vannoy of Cambridge, MD., Jill A. Sechrist of Shrewsbury, PA., and the late Kim E. Thompson of Fawn Grove, PA.; grandmother of Sarah, Rachael, Tyler, Shera, Jeremy, Jacob, and the late Benjamin; great-grandmother of 8; sister of Ruth Anne Groff of Wellsboro, PA. Janet was a member of Winterstown U.M. Church and played piano for Sunday School and for the choir. She loved to drive her Subaru and visit people from the church. A viewing will be held Friday, June 2, 2023 from 10 to 11 AM with a funeral service to follow at Winterstown U.M. Church, 12184 Winterstown Rd., Felton, PA. 17322. Interment to follow service at Winterstown UB Cemetery on Rippling Run Rd., Winterstown. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Winterstown UB Cemetery, c/o Winterstown UMC at the above address
