Donald Wallen

On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, Donald W. Wallen, 89, of Shrewsbury, passed away peacefully with his family by his side. He was husband to Brenda J. (Lackey) Wallen for 45 years. The eldest of 16 children, Don was born on July 16, 1936, in Fleming County, KY, to the late Kemp W. and Zela F. (Mullins) Wallen. 

Public viewings will be held on Wednesday, October 22, from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Geiple-Predicce Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 53 Main St., Glen Rock, and again on Thursday, October 23, from 10:00am until a funeral service begins at 11:00am at Freedom Community Church, 205 S. Main St., Shrewsbury. Interment will be private following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory are recommended to Freedom Community Church, 161 S.
