Dennis Keith Tracy

On Friday, January 30, 2026, Dennis K. Tracy, 74, of Fawn Grove, passed away at WellSpan York Hospital. He was the devoted husband to Deanna "Dee" (Sheridan) Tracy for 52 years. Dennis was born on March 1, 1951, in York, to the late Carl D. and Martha (Taylor) Tracy.
He was in construction and remodeling throughout his career. Dennis had worked for the former Throne Lumber Company; Benshoff Contracting; and D and D Scarborough, Inc. He loved buiding things and doing remodeling. He even built the home that his was currently living in. Dennis enjoyed helping his family, neighbors, and others with whatever they needed, such as shoveling, repairs, etc. In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking, metal detecting, and just keeping things comfortable for his family.
He is survived by his wife, Dee; two sons, Brian Tracy and wife Heather, and Shaun Tracy and wife Alyssa; three grandchildren, Elijah, Gabriel and Dylan Tracy; and one sister, Deanna Akins. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two siblings, Timothy Tracy and Gale Holmes.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 7, at 11am at Faith Bible Church, 405 North Market St., Fawn Grove, PA 17321. Interment is private.
