Deborah Carol Toler

Deborah Carol Toler, 71, of Jacobus, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2026. Deborah was born October 26, 1954 in Baltimore, MD to the late James, Sr. and Elsie (Weipert) Simmons. She is survived by her son David Calp, Jr. and his wife Sarah of Red Lion, PA; daughter Stacy Lybrand and her husband Micheal of Jacobus, PA; grandchildren, Sanyah Feeser, Cole Shaffer, and Trevor Shaffer; brothers Mark Simmons and Timothy Simmons. Deborah was preceded in death by two brothers, James Simmons, Jr. and John Simmons.

Deborah was the heart of the family and was a dedicated mother and grandmother. She cherished time with family and was also a beloved child caregiver. Prior to caregiving Deborah worked at Cigna for several years where she was very respected and loved by all, developing many friendships. She enjoyed bird watching, shopping and old country music and especially Elvis. Deborah was a member of Grace Baptist Church and truly enjoyed her church family.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 3, 2026, 11 am at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens, 250 Chestnut Hill Road, York, PA 17402.
