Dean Warner, 89, of Glen Rock, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2026. He was born in York, PA on August 26, 1936 to the late Noah and Lulu (Stough) Warner. Dean was married 68 years to Ferne (Brenneman) Warner, who passed away in 2021. He is survived by his Son; Rick Warner and wife Pam; Daughter Sharon Warner-Smith and husband David; Grandchildren; Stephanie Venus (John), Brett Warner, Samantha Zahm (Dustin), Dylan Smith (Morgan), Ryan Smith (Samantha), and nine Great-grandchildren: Gabriel Venus, Luke Venus, Cole Venus, Haley Zahm, Blake Zahm, Coraline Smith, Piper Smith, Remington Smith, and Radley Smith.
Dean lived life to the fullest. He spent many years on the water around the Eastern Shore; fishing, crabbing, and boating. He also enjoyed being in the mountains at Camp Alaska playing cards, riding snowmobiles or spending time with family and friends. Dean and Ferne were blessed to have traveled the world before they retired. They built their house on Ridgeview Rd., Seven Valleys in 1958 and in later years also kept a home near Lewes, DE and Lehigh Acres, FL. Family was always important to them. Whichever home they were at was always filled with love, laughter, and plenty of seafood!
Dean spent the last years of Ferne's life being a loving caregiver to her. After her passing, he remained in their house on Ridgeview Rd. until dementia made it impossible to stay there.
