Arthur F. Grogg Shrewsbury Arthur F. Grogg, 74, died Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Christ Lutheran Church Cemetery, Shrewsbury with his pastor Rev. Ed Robbins officiating. There will be no viewing. Arthur was survived by a sister Hilda Logue of Westminster, MD.
