Margaret L. (Bailey) Decker, 78, of York County Nursing Home, died Monday, July 5, 2010 at the home following a lengthy illness.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 8, 2010 St. Peter’s Church, 1708 Seitzville Road, Seven Valleys, with Pastors Tom Beck, officiating. Burial will be in the Church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM Thursday at the church. The Geiple Funeral Home, Inc. 53 Main Street, Glen Rock is in charge of the arrangements
Ms. Decker was born on August 20, 1931 in York, a daughter of the late Fredrick and Erma (Taylor) Bailey.
Ms. Decker was a caregiver, and housekeeper for numerous families in the area. She was also a member of St. Peter’s Church, Seven Valleys.
She leaves a daughter Diana L. Gatewood, of York and a son, Charles L. Decker, Jr., of Lebanon, PA, 6 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons: Craig and Scott Decker.
