The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for the basic services of funeral director and staff. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
This list does not include prices for certain items that you may ask us to buy for you, such as cemetery or crematory services, flowers, newspaper notices and other cash advance items. The prices for these items will be shown on the invoice or the statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected. We charge you for our services in obtaining these items. This list does not include all the costs for final disposition that you may be required to pay.

BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR, STAFF AND OVERHEAD | |
USE OF FACILITIES AND FUNERAL DIRECTOR SERVICES FOR VIEWING, VISITATION or WAKE |
| Our fee for services of funeral director and staff includes but is not limited to, 24 hour availability of staff to respond to initial request for service, arrangement conference with family or responsible party; arrangement of funeral; obtaining, preparation and filing of necessary notices, authorizations and consents, certificates and permits, recording vital statistics; preparation and placement of obituary notices; shelterof embalmed remains for up to four days; staff assistance prior to, during and following funeral, including coordination with those that are providing other portions of the funeral, (e.g., cemetery, crematory, and others). Also included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, equipment and inventory expenses. $ 2075.00 | | Use of funeral home or portion thereof, including but not limited to services rooms and reception areas. Includes private family viewing and 1 hour viewing or visitation just prior to the service. EMBALMING
Except in certain special cases, if any, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing.
